专利说明:
[0001] The present invention relates to a parallelepiped box that can be folded reversibly, in the sense that said box can pass several times from an inoperative, stretched out to an operational setting. [0002] Boxes with a parallelepiped shape obtained starting from a flat blank and which can pass from a planar configuration of minimum bulk to a three-dimensional one are known on the market. [0003] Generally these known boxes cannot be folded reversibly, since they are obtained by joining several panels with adhesive tape or by means of slots and joints. [0004] This production system affects labor costs; in fact, the boxes must be made by hand, in order to ensure that all parts of the box fit together perfectly. This involves the use of high-cost skilled labor, able to cut and fold the box correctly. [0005] The adhesive tape tabs or the slots and joints must be made with precision and must be positioned correctly on the box blank. This high precision required in the realization and assembly of the box, means that the box has long production times and costs. [0006] A further drawback consists in the fact that a box with adhesive tabs and slots and joints is not very stable and not very finished, especially as the size of the box increases. In fact, the presence of the adhesive tape, the slots and the joints means that, when the box is folded, cracks and games are created between the sides of the blank, which make the box unstable and unpleasant from an aesthetic point of view. When the box is folded, all adhesive tape tabs, slots and joints are visible. These tabs must be as large as possible, since it is thanks to these tabs that the box remains in a folded position. It is therefore evident that the presence of the tabs compromises the aesthetic appearance of the box. [0008] The object of the present invention is to devise a box, free from adhesive tape tabs, slots and joints, which is reversibly foldable, economical and easy to make. Another object of the present invention is to provide such a reliable and stable box. [0010] A further object of the present invention is to devise a box which, once folded, does not present imperfections, such as slots and visible adhesive tapes. [0011] These objects are achieved in accordance with the invention with the characteristics listed in the attached independent claim 1. [0012] Advantageous embodiments appear from the dependent claims. [0013] For greater clarity, the description of the box according to the invention continues with reference to the attached drawing tables, having only an illustrative and non-limiting value, where: Fig. 1 is a perspective view from above showing an exploded view two flat blanks of the box according to the invention; Fig. 1A is an exploded perspective view illustrating a possible embodiment of the first blank; Fig. 1B is an exploded perspective view, illustrating a possible embodiment of the second blank; Fig. 2 is a top perspective view of the two blanks of Fig. 1 superimposed on each other in an extended position; Fig. 3 is a perspective view illustrating the box according to the invention in an initial phase of putting into volume; Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the assembled box according to the invention; Fig. 5 is a section view according to the section plane V-V of fig. 4; and Fig. 6 is a sectional view according to the section plane VI-VI of Fig. 4. [0014] With the aid of the Figures, the box according to the invention is described, indicated as a whole with the reference number 100. For now with reference to Fig. 1, the box (100) comprises a first blank (1) and a second blank (2) intended to be superimposed on the first blank (1). [0015] The first blank (1) is made of rigid cardboard, having a thickness of about 3-5 mm. The second blank (2) is made of cardboard with a thickness of about 1-2 mm. Therefore the first blank (1) has a greater thickness than the second blank (2) and the first blank (1) is more rigid than the second blank (2). [0016] The first blank (1) has a rectangular shape. The first blank (1) includes:a central panel (10),two first side panels (12) connected by folding lines (11) to the central panel (10); Andtwo second side panels (14) connected by folding lines (13) to the first side panels (12). [0017] The first side panels (12) have the same height as the second side panels (14), so as to be able to overlap each other to form two opposite side walls of the box. [0018] With reference to Fig. 1A, the first blank (1) can be made by gluing the central panel (10) and the side panels (12, 14) on a rectangular sheet (18). In this way the fold lines (21, 22, 23) are gaps between the panels. [0019] The second blank (2) has a rectangular shape. The second blank (2) includes:a central panel (20),two first side panels (22) connected by folding lines (21) to the central panel (20);two second side panels (24) connected by folding lines (23) to the first side panels (22); Andtwo third side panels (26) connected by folding lines (25) to the second side panels (24). [0020] The central panel (20) of the second blank has the same dimensions as the central panel (10) of the first blank, so that the central panel (20) of the second blank can be superimposed on the central panel (10) of the first blank , so that the side panels (22, 24, 26) of the second blank do not overlap the side panels (12, 14) of the first blank. [0021] The first, second and third side panels (22, 24, 26) of the second blank have the same height, to be able to overlap each other, in a bellows configuration, to form two opposite side walls of the box. [0022] The second blank (2) comprises fins (3) which protrude externally from each first side panel (22) of the second blank. Therefore, the second blank (2) comprises four fins (3). Each flap (3) is connected to the first side panel (22) by means of a fold line (30). In any case, the fins (3) are in one piece with the second blank (2). [0023] Each fin (3) has a rectangular or square shape. Each flap (3) has a diagonal fold line (31) which extends along a diagonal of the flap, starting from a corner of the central panel (20). [0024] The diagonal fold line (31) divides the flap (3) into a first flap (32) and a second flap (33) in the shape of right-angled triangles. The first flap (32) is connected to the first side panel (22) of the second blank by the folding line (30) and a second flap (33) is connected to the first flap (32) by the diagonal folding line (31) . [0025] With reference to Fig. 1B, if the box to be made has large dimensions, the second blank (2) can be made in three parts connected to each other: a central part consisting of the central panel (20) and two lateral parts consisting of from the side panels (22, 24, 26). In this case a transverse flap (28) is connected to the fold line (21) of the first side panel (22). Then the central panel (20) is glued on the two transverse tabs (28). [0026] The assembly of the box (100) is described below. [0027] With reference to Fig. 2, the second blank (2) is superimposed on the first blank (1), so that the central panel (20) of the second blank is arranged on the central panel (10) of the first blank and the panels sides (22, 24, 26) of the second blank do not overlap the side panels (12, 14) of the first blank. [0028] The side panels (26, 24, 22) of the second blank can be superimposed and glued together in a machine that produces the second blank. [0029] The three side panels (22, 24, 26) of the second blank are folded into a bellows with each other, so as to overlap to create two side walls of the box. In particular, as shown also in Fig. 6, the third side panel (26) of the second blank is folded by 180 ° around the folding line (25) so as to overlap the second side panel (24) and is glued to the second side panel (24). The second side panel (24) is folded 180 ° around the fold line (23), towards the inside of the box, so that the third side panel (26) and second side panel (24) assembly overlaps the first side panel (22). Then the third side panel (269 is glued to the first side panel (22). In this way, the third side panel (26) is located between the first side panel (22) and the second side panel (24) of the second blank. [0030] Adhesive means (A2) are arranged between the first side panel (22) and the third side panel (26), and between the third side panel (26) and the second side panel (24) so as to maintain the three side panels (22, 24, 26) of the second blank in an overlapping and joined configuration. [0031] With reference to Fig. 3, the group of the three side panels (22, 24, 26) glued together in the second blank (2) is folded along the fold lines (21), so as to be arranged orthogonal with respect to the bottom wall (20) of the second blank. [0032] The flaps (3) of the second blank are folded along the fold lines (30) so as to arrange themselves orthogonal to the group of the three side panels (22, 24, 26) of the second blank and facing the inside of the box . [0033] The first side panels (12) of the first blank (1) are folded along the fold lines (11), so as to arrange themselves orthogonal with respect to the bottom wall (20) of the second blank, and abut against the fins ( 3) of the first blank. [0034] The second flaps (33) of the flaps of the second blank are glued to the first side panels (12) of the first blank, by means of adhesive means (A1) (Fig. 5). In this way, the second blank (2) is bound to the first blank (1) and the box (100) can be arranged in the volume configuration of Fig. 4. [0035] The second side panels (14) of the first blank (1) are folded along the fold lines (13) by 180 ° towards the inside of the box, so as to overlap the first side panels (12) of the first blank . In this way, as shown in Fig. 5, the tabs (3) of the second blank are arranged between the first side panel (12) and the second side panel (14) of the first blank. In this way the box remains stably in the volume configuration. [0036] To arrange the box in an extended configuration with minimal bulk, the second side panels (14) of the first blank are lifted and the group of side panels (22, 24, 26) of the second blank is folded towards the inside of the box on the central panel (20). This folding of the group of side panels (22, 24, 26) of the second blank is possible thanks to the folding of the first flap (32) of each flap (3) along the diagonal folding line (31). In fact, the first flap (32) is not glued to the first side panel (12) of the first blank. Finally, the first side panels (12) of the first blank can be folded along the fold lines (11) inwards so as to overlap the central panel (20) of the second blank. [0037] To put the box in volume, from the extended position, the side panels (12, 14) of the first blank are raised. The group of side panels (22, 23, 26) of the second blank is raised and the second side panel (14) of the first blank is lowered. [0038] The two side walls of the box (100) obtained by overlapping the second side panel (14) on the first side panel (12) of the first blank, are sufficiently rigid and stable, as they are obtained from the side panels (12, 14) of the first blank (1) which is more rigid than the second blank (2). [0039] It should be noted that the second blank (2) is less rigid than the first blank (1); therefore in order to have a rigidity and stability of the side walls of the box obtained with the side panels of the second blank, three side panels (22, 24, 26) superimposed were used instead of two side panels. [0040] Furthermore, it must be considered that the box (100) according to the invention can be used both as an actual box and as a lid.
